Home Before Construction lacked curb appeal We added this flying gable to match other elements on the home	Our design criteris. New large front kitchen-covered porch-add curb appeal The new front porch with the open gable really welcomes guest to the front door.	We think we accomplished all of our criteria and the neighbors give a thumbs up! The simple cabinet style really compliments the feel of this mid centruy modern home!

Cute home -Small footprint,-original kitchen and bath-No basement LETS DIG UNDER THE HOUSE AND CREATE A BASEMENT!	The old back porch / laundry area also led to steep stairs to the crawlspace The new open floor plan really invites guests into the home	The front staircase was really steep and curved making it difficult for furniture Guest bedroom added to the new basement
