Water can do a lot of damage by rotting out your eaves, damaging the trim and siding around your windows and doors, and can alter or damage your foundation if proper care is not taken to direct it away from your house.

Walk around the perimeter after one of our spring snowstorms or when it is sprinking outside and see how your gutters and downspouts are working. If there are leaks or water is pooling next to your foundation those areas should be corrected soon.
